Is it better to talk to a coach by email?
It may feel a lot more comfortable to talk via email, using written words and it encourages many people to open more. You have plenty of time to think before you put your thoughts into words and send an email. You will get very clear and relevant answers from me which you can put into action.
Responding to emails from clients in a timely manner is a priority for me.
I typically answer every email from a client within 48 hours and at times even within a couple of hours. With an email response, I may include attachments or links to additional resources.
